The breakfast had a decent variety, combining savory and sweet options. However, the elevator only reaches the fifth floor, requiring a trek up additional stairs, which was inconvenient. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues, and the breakfast repeated the same options daily, making it less exciting. Customer service varied. while some staff were helpful, others lacked attentiveness, especially the night shift. Overall, a value-for-money stay but could use some improvements.

the hotel was somehow clean, but my room had ants and a broken toilet seat. i also woudl ve expected a complimentary gesture for the trouble, but no one cared. oh, and when i requested a kettle, i was met with complete indifference. almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

It was just a nice choice for a momentary pause in Ho Chi Minh City with very good value for money. I appreciated how the staff quickly brought us extra towels and toiletries when requested. If you can, avoid a room on the sixth floor as you’ll need to walk up several flights of stairs.

Good rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Hot shower and comfy beds for a great sleep. Location is perfect, near bars and restaurants yet quiet. Facility includes a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a fridge. They don’t hold passports, just take a photocopy.
